2017 Training Symposium - October 17 & 18

The Train the Trainer workshop is a dynamic one and a half-day workshop which is designed for trainers and facilitators who are in need of formal or refresher skills for training or facilitating to tax collector employees.

October 17: 8am - 5pm
October 18: 8am - 12:30pm

This program will cover:

How to organize content
Improve platform skills
Teaching practices and theories based on how adults learn
Techniques to facilitate to even the most difficult of audiences

This program also includes how to increase audience engagement using simple techniques and new technologies.

Final agenda will be emailed to all registered attendees.
